罗耀拉大学 Renames Ideation Lab to Honor Dr. Bobby and Lori Kent 萨瓦

The 罗耀拉大学 新奥尔良 商学院 is proud to announce the renaming of the Ideation Lab in honor of Dr. 罗伯特·“鲍比”(M.B.A. 1981年)和洛里·肯特·萨瓦. Students, faculty and staff attended the dedication event on Tuesday, Oct. 16.

新任命的“博士. Bobby and Lori Kent 萨瓦 Ideation Lab" will continue to serve as a hub for innovation, creativity and cross-disciplinary collaboration. Loyola’s Center for Ethical Entrepreneurship, Center for Entrepreneurship and 皇冠365官方app Development and Center for 国际 Business will use the space both collaboratively and independently. The state-of-the-art facility provides students and faculty with an environment to foster experiential learning, venture development and engagement with the local business community. The lab is also the home of the 企业家俱乐部 和 创新.LOYNO 系列讲座.

The 萨瓦s are long-time 罗耀拉大学 新奥尔良 supporters. Dr. 萨瓦 served on the university’s 校董会 for 12 years, holding positions as the Vice-Chair and Chair during his tenure. The 商学院 incubator program, 狼群发射, is also named in the couple’s honor. The program allows faculty and students to pitch their business plans in an effort to secure seed funding.
